Maine idli wali recipe k liye beetroot hi managaya tha but gajar wala idea fit baith gaya :). poori thi main next kuch dino main pakka banugi ! paneer kafi tasty bana deta hai noodles ko try kijiye ga. bbye and take care :)
De worming is a must ! ( chk with you family doctor) and replace evening milk with citrus juice ( no sugar ) mausami, orange, etc, for a week. Avoid baked stuff from bakeries ( puffs, biscuits, mathri, etc ) . 45 min of any physical activity is a must.

Wraffing in ecobake is a brilliant tip for sandwich maker as usually it sticks and difficult to clean...
Actually ... n gradually non stick coating fades off due to scrubbing ! But this hack saves a lot of time, effort and griller too ;)
