Confused? Can someone explain. So, I noticed on the BANDMAID website of the Day of Maid concert, there was a line through one the ticket prices.Does that mean those tickets were from the first lottery and sold out? Second lottery is for the remaining tickets? John got lucky on the first lottery?

Nov 1st, 2022, Chicago House of Blues was when I realized how stunning Saiki is as a front women. Her elegance, grace and commanding presence is captivating.

Great reaction! Saiki was feeling it for this concert. Loved seeing that. That duel was insane and Akane accentuated the duel with her drum sound. I am so looking forward to getting the blu-ray.
This fantastic conversation between three instruments (Akane does a wonderful job here) was a highlight of 2018. The fact that Saiki almost stole the show in this live show speaks to how much she has grown as a frontwoman. One more weapon of seduction in the band's vast repertoire.
Bandmaid never gets boring. Seen the 2018 Zepp Toyko DYTM performance a gazillion times and now, Yokohama Arena performance for the nth time😅 50yrs from now(hopefully, I get there😅) it will still be as Epic as ever.

They are going to be releasing a video of this soon, and even though I watched the livestream of the concert at least 3 or 4 times, I'm going to get that video. Saiki really stepped up her already solid game for this one.
For those who don't know, this song was the opener on that fourth album, and that album was the first one where the band had full creative control. Milestone song, and it's great they keep it in the setlist. Ok, it took awhile but I'm subscribing. I've seen them live three times but I'm envious you'll see the Day of Maid show. Safe travels!
Even though live stream was just as good as long as the performance is concerned, crowd engagement was hardly audible. I'm so glad that they captured it in this video.
I watch the live stream about 5 times but god I was in tears hearing how amazing Saiki sounded. Other members all killed it, as usual. But remembering her performance from 2018, and prior, she was pretty inconsistent and this entire year she pretty much proved how powerful and great a singer she has become.
As the Maids said at this huge, 17,000 seat Yokohama concert, it's "Chapter Two" for Band-Maid. What does that mean -- a new direction in music on their upcoming summer album... new battle gear... different stage show or venues... more collabs (The Warning, Lovebites, individual musician appearances?)... member and band projects like scoring movies, aniMaids, soloing projects like Cluppo... someone getting married or 👶🐣?? Pretty exciting stuff! Thx, John!

Yo John, great reaction to my favorite band (I know they are up there for you too). They did this at the 2018 Zepp show too. I have watched the two videos back to back as I curious about what was the same and different with the performance. I will say both are awesome renditions, of course. You should check both of them out as well back to back. Take care John! We will have to hope they come back to the states in 2025 as 2024 looks unlikely at this point.

Do love the little yelps and rasps Saiki adds in this performance (and maybe the whole concert?). Looks like I'm going to have to order the blu-ray. ETA >> commented elsewhere; Saiki's breathing - try and figure out where she's taking breaths in this song!
Except for mid-tempo songs and acoustic anemone, piano accompanied choose me.
dont get me wrong, I adore all 5 of these ladies, they are all top tier musicians, but when they want to make a big splash they pull the 2 monsters out of the corners and say: OK, Akane will keep a foundation under you, you 2 just turn it loose, it actually brings a tear to my eye
I would unironically accept a ticket to a band maid/Babymetal show where the only condition was that I'd not survive the circle pit for road to Resistance at the very end.
I hope they release an official video of their performance of Hate? from this concert. The Bass/Guitar battle looks amazing.
