Definitely the best areal hoop act ever, and one of the highest points of the show. I freaked out when you just dangled by your foot. It totally blew my mind! I really hope I can see Kooza again someday. This act is so cool, not to mention incredibly sexy!

Wow your performance is unreal. This is one of the best hoop acts I've ever seen! I loved watching you in the Quidam tape when I was a kid. You are always a very artistic and expressive performer. It's great to see some of your more recent work. It's so amazing what you have been able to achieve with a hoop. I'm sure it takes a lot of hard work.

Hi João, thank you very much for your beautiful comments. 😊 The trick not to get dizzy is practice. 😉 Nothing is magic, only practice and the body is an AMAZING “machine”, it gets used to everything you propose to it. At the beginning, I was dizzy and felt nauseous to the point of you know what… ha ha! But as you continue, your body accustomed to it. The last spin at the end, both of my forearms were hurting so bad, my arms felt like they weighed 100 pounds each, and little blood vessels were breaking, but the body built up protections and more and more I was doing it, less it was hurting and less nauseous I was feeling. 😊
