1. It is called "Irreconcilable differences", not "unreasonable conduct" like her friend said. I also need to correct something here, the petitioner needs to seek leave of court (that is seek permission with strong evidence) to file for dissolution of marriage when the parties have lived apart for less than two years which applies in this case; it has nothing to do with how long they have been married. Obi and Wole are only separated, not divorced yet. Getting a divorce is a long and tedious process, ain't beans at all.
2. Litigation is based on facts not emotions, the script writers need to do better with the legal angle, this wasn't believable.
3. Plus ladies, if you are buying a joint property with your man, make sure your name is clearly written. Ie: Mrs Jane Julius, not just Mrs Julius. ANY lady could be Mrs Julius you know.

I think the friend was referencing "unreasonable behavior", which is a petition that allows for one to provide sufficient allegations of unreasonable behavior by one's spouse as a reason to seek divorce. Irreconcilable differences is a no fault grounds for divorce.
