How do you get the top to secure in place? UPDATE: I got it to work. If anyone was having this issue, use the small octagon side of the T WRENCH ( really wish that made that clear in directions ) and turn it right even if the screw feels tight already chances are you can tighten it more. It will become sturdy after that.
I have the sister version from Superun and my first one made that same noise. They did an exchange with me and the 2nd one doesn’t make that noise. Emailed me a fedex return label and scheduled for fedex to pick it back up.
Is yorus the one that is supposed to have an incline? Mine is and I can NOT figure out how to make it do it! They sent me a video and it does'nt look like my model AT all.
