  • Back again with an actual bread video this time! I promised and I am delivering, even if it is a couple of days late. I am going over how I make shokupan or Japanese milk bread. And yes, I'm still awkward but maybe slightly less? Who knows?
    Sorry for the potato iPhone quality in the main segment. I filmed most of this before I got my nicer camera but I tried to make it as nice and easy to follow as I could.
