Ily Matthew Maniano's countertenor has a different vibe and impact than the earlier soprano rendition - different not better, mind you. Apples and oranges. Personally, I tremendously enjoyed this Maniano-soloed arrangement, as well as Madz's other performances of this piece in Astillero and Taipei.
