Deity Timecode Adapter for SONY FX3 & FX30 (how-to modify to BNC)

  • Jim Keaney modifies the Deity C23 Timecode Adapter from its stock 1/8" TRS connector to a BNC. If you use Deity TC-1 or Tentacle Sync boxes, you'll be fine with the way the C23 comes stock. But if you are using mostly BNC timecode cables, here's how to modify it.

    do you need to keep the device connected during the shoot? Or could you use one device for multiple cameras?
