Hey Kye, you know of the drummer from Beerbong, an italian skate punk band. They have one record that still stands are some of the fastest, most mind melting drumming. I think Fast and Comfortable is the album. Some of the drumming on that record still baffles me to this day.
Not just his punk beat, his fills and everything else, I still can't even air drum to it, and I've been playing years. His fills and and cymbal work is amazing. True, the singer kind of sucks, but has some good melodies, just his voice is ridiculous. It's basically drum porn for me tho haha
This band is okay. The drumming on that record is pretty intense but also recorded slightly too loud comparing to guitars in my opinion. But hey, I'm a guitar player. Maybe it suits you better as a drummer.
I play metal so the speed and fills to me are natural but how you keep that fucking foot going like that at such a fast tempo and so even and clean is beyond me good job bro
Thanks for share us your art Man: your Father was feel so really proud ;) I love it. I challenge You to play on any "Cro-Mags" song from "Age of Quarrel" Era. You know ? Thanks a lot for your time and Cheers from Spain
"oh! 120 is great and fast! I will play on that bpm" "oh damm!! 130 is definetly my beat. Let's play on that" "f**k 140 is aweasome!! forget about previous" .... "250 let's go!! yeah!!"
Great job!! Ever heard the swedish punk band Dia Psalma? Check out their album "Gryningstid". Their drummer came from a death metal band prior to joining Dia Psalma.
Do you have any tips on punk or double time rock drumming for playing with "feel" straying off metronome? I am a guitarist and have often tried to programme drum tracks to play along to or to build songs, but it never seems to sound right when sticking rigidly to beat.
Those are some of the greatest fills I've ever heard
Holy shit! That was Forus speed with a single pedal!
Tristan Gorman yes!!
So are you dragging or are you rushing?
How has no one found ur comment you have 1 MIL subs
Omg 😆
you can’t lie to me
this is just a cover of M+M’s by blink
...or anyway albums with Scott hhahaha
My limit is around 160 and that is without being able to do those fills. seriously dude, good job, that was fuckning impressive!
I still come back to this quite regularly to get inspired and practice.
That choke at the end of the fill at 170bpm was LEGIT. Nice dude :)
Damn dude that was freakin awesome.

Eight Days A Week is the fastest song I've ever heard.
Too bad it's a shitty song.

With only 1 pedal and from 200 bpm, you change to thrash metal. Very impressive!
Just amazing bro!!, keep with it!!
Your fills are on another level !!!
Not quite my tempo. :)
Love the fast punk beat!!
Amazing drum metronome video, Kye! Keep up the good work on more of your drum chronologies!

Very cool man! You should build an exercice for everyone to practice to with the fills you did in that video!
That's amazing
You're awesome maan!! Dammit it's too hard to play punk beats up 215 bpm and to improvise fills. Congratulations!!!💪💪🤘
Gordie Freeman has made a career out coming up with fills from between 200BPM to 250BPM :P
This is amazing
Nice Hardcore

Holy sh#t! That was so good. Now do the same with an ukulele.
I feel like 200 bpm is what most punk bands use

Sick dude thats really fast :O
Bravo !!! Genio. Mis mejores deseos. Que sigan los éxitos.
The 160BPM fill is definitely my favourite.
amphlett7 170 is dope
Sweet!
Impressive fills!
This is what happens when a drummer performs live.
Songs that were 120 BPM in rehearsal become 170 BPM in front of an audience. ;)
Damn! That was freakin impressive. Any tips for how to learn that crazy fast bass pedaling you're doing there? Also, how long have you been playing?
wooow sound great dude
I play metal so the speed and fills to me are natural but how you keep that fucking foot going like that at such a fast tempo and so even and clean is beyond me good job bro
Awesome speed

when it gets to 200bpm, the beat for me goes from doo da doo doo da to da doo da doo da
Impressive. Towards the end you were getting into Byron McMackin territory:) Everyone looking up Byron now
Love it.
Well done mate!
I could list to this all day long, am I normal ?
those double kicks !
New sub from Norway.
You are master!
Very good!
By the time you get to 250bpm you are getting into the death metal blast beat range.
wow good job mate
You got Rentokill fast beat speed around 240 - 250 lol
Joder, esto si suena épico y para una ritmo de una canción, buen trabajo😳🤔🥁
Why would someone give this a thumbs down?
The whole video i waited for him to say sike 😔✊🏻
"oh! 120 is great and fast! I will play on that bpm"
"oh damm!! 130 is definetly my beat. Let's play on that"
"f**k 140 is aweasome!! forget about previous"

"250 let's go!! yeah!!"
Goddamn Kye... 👏
Sick bro keep it up
This is cool and I'm sure it will be helpful. All I want to learn is how to play Where The Bloody Hell Are Ya?
Imagine playing "Everyday's A Holiday On Christmas Island" lol holy shit, that's every man's dream
this was so awww, i love it
100-170 Punk
180-220 Thrash Metal
230-250 Old School Death Metal

ITS HEAVEN!
TU PA TURUPA TU PA TU PA! X5
Oh my Fill !!
my shoe slid off while I watched this

After the recordings, legend says he ate 37 pizza's to compensate the loss of calories
Only when I am filled with adrenaline - which slows down time Matrix-style - am I able to reach 230 bpm. Normally my limit is between 195 and 210 bpm.
Do you recall where you had mics, and how compressed or gated they were? Good sound here
Insane
Great job!! Ever heard the swedish punk band Dia Psalma? Check out their album "Gryningstid". Their drummer came from a death metal band prior to joining Dia Psalma.
200 BPM, it goes metal
I hear plenty of punk songs like that.
200 bpm was my fav
That was great, keep it up :)

Watch this at 2x speed
