LOL i didn't know i could do that with this incubator. I hatched 16 quail eggs, keep the humidity around 40-60 for the first 15 days and last 3-4 days raised the humidity to 70+.

we recommend you can add warm water instead of cold water , Or by adding a towel or sponge in the sink to increase the evaporation of water to help the evaporation of water.
This incubator will never display 50-55% humidity unless you add lots of water BUT let some air flow out from the bottom or out of the middle part if you have 96 eggs model, eventually some heat will flow out but the incubator will do its best to keep it warm at 37.2-38°C. This will give you a better hatching result compared to closing it with too high humidity. You should never have water bubbles on the sides of the incubator until 19-21 days: close the air flow during this period :) ... Happy hatching to everyone!

hello friend , the 48 incubator is not auto humidity control , so you can only adjust it can't control it , if humidity is in low , you can add some warm water or put a towel inside the water channel , it can help you to increase the humidity ,hope it's helpful for you
this is a very bad incubator. Humidity is impossible to control and its really stupid that you have to put a towel in it and pray you get some humidity. I will be telling everyone not to buy this model of incubator

You get what you pay for, save your money and buy a brinsea, to be told you need to keep this in the box it comes in for it to hold temperature is ridiculous, it should work without it!! The temperature displayed on the screen of the one I regretfully bought is 2 degrees out not 0.2 which you can live with but 2.0 below and that’s buy putting it back in the “magic” box it came in. A whole batch of expensive eggs wasted! It’s £55 for a reason STEER WELL CLEAR

I ordered eggs off ebay . It took 4 days to be delivered and to begin the incubation process. The lady said they should hatch and has a 100% positive feed back but it was very cold and we had a freak snow storm during the shipping time.
