Yes. Job is importance . But a happy family is most importance.
Sen. Chiz seems very down to earth. He was living a very simple life in a townhouse instead of in a mansion, without an army of bodyguards like other politicians. His townhouse had a beautiful interior design, though. At that time, Heart was his neighbor. And apparently, even after getting married, they lived in each of their townhouse while Heart was building her house that they now share. Sen Chiz is higly intellectual and has a lot of common sense too. Philippines is lucky to have him as a public servant as he hasn't (nor seem ever) shown loyalty to anyone in politics or party affiliation, and has been known to disagree politically against his close friends (hence, branded a traitor), for as long as he doesn't compromise his principles. Kudos to him too for not bad mouthing his ex-wife despite what she did to him and for still giving the ex a chance to co-parent with their kids. If he didn't have compassion towards her, he could've sent her to jail. Now Chiz seems happier, and it's nice that with Heart, his kids seem happy too and love Heart very much. Heart has also given his kids a sense of a complete family.
