Stock turbos cant hold more than 13psi to redline, install a nismo or bigger turbo gives big top end power as the stock cams and heads are very good

Doesn't matter all that much. Consider cars like the Bugatti Chiron. Lamborghini, most Porsches, etc. Plenty good top end even with awd.

At least do 40-50 roll. 60 roll is bad for gtrs. Either bottom of 3rd or at the very top of 2nd at 60
