Cycling George Washington Bridge North Sidewalk from Fort Lee, NJ to NYC

I cycle the George Washington Bridge from Fort Lee, NJ to Washington Heights, Manhattan, NYC via the North Sidewalk. There are 6 flights of stairs along the way! However, you get gorgeous views of the Hudson River and the Palisades.

They need to widen the pathways and get rid of so many stairs. Make it easier on them. Easier is always better.

Glad i watched this.. i was about to bike from jersey city to the GWB and down Manhattan on my new ebike, but its 65lbs so .. i think ill take the ferry instead :(

The North sidewalk side is closed now. The south side has no stairs.

There is a new wider north walk under construction it goes from Hudson terrace in fort Lee & opens unto Cabrini Boulevard in Washington Heights. The NYC portion is finished.
