I guess if you picked moonflair it would have broken the game. 3x moonflair CD effect will basically reset your E cooldown.
Imagine this on Gragas W, proccin on E
Blade of the ruined king? Maybe the percent hp damage would stack on top of each other at the target's current health with Alistar e.
i still need to try to go FULL on hit and just one shot someone with it. but is hard. someday.
