A truly amazing work of art. I was fortunate to live in Germany back in the late 80's and drove on the pristine autobahn highways. Driving at over 150 mph was great. I would only drive at those speeds in an European vehicle and driving this monster would have been great..........
Work of art indeed. Lucky you! That sounds awesome. The current XB7 would definitely be a blast on the Autobahn, that's exactly what it's built for. Big power, compliant ride, and very stable.
Definitely interesting that Alpina decided to stick to the old shifter style. While I like both styles, this is a nice way that the XB7 further differentiates it from regular X7 models.
Great job on this informative video!! It’s a shame that the entertainment units are no longer an option on this incredibly beautiful car. With young kids and long drives, that is a must these days. Thanks again for sharing.
Us too! It's an awesome car... tons of presence, power, good looks etc. No Alpina version of the G70 unfortunately, and currently no performance oriented versions planned.
I have a X7 40i coming off the assembly line now. although this is fabulous I'm sure I'll be pretty happy with my choice, especially since it's $50K less.
This is straight from the BMW press release for the new 2023 XB7: "The state-of-art BMW engine technology is augmented by an ALPINA-specific engine management system and performance cooling system consisting of an enlarged and optimized main engine cooler with integrated transmission cooler, external engine oil and water coolers, and a low-temperature cooling circuit (air/water/air) for the ALPINA-specific intercooling system. Cross-sectioned optimized coolant hoses ensure maximum throughput."

I like the full shifter in the XB7 versus the tiny little lever in the M60i

Thank you, glad you enjoyed! I do agree, the rear entertainment was a nice option. I'd guess it was removed to accommodate supply issues.
Amazing SUV! It would be awesome to take that on the Autobahn! Great job!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video. It is Amazing indeed, and the Autobahn is the place to be in an Alpina. If only we had one nearby...
Great video tour!
Thank you!
Машина шикарная! Но вот с дисками вопрос спорный, на любителя. Обзор супер👍
I love this vehicle but can you option gloss black rims?
No, you can get silver as shown here or satin grey.
I love the XB7! Really nice!!! Bummer. No Alpina B7? Will there be a more "M" version of the new 7 Series?

@@bmwofmorristown9038 Thank you! I live on the West Coast. However, when I'm in the market, I would definitely give you my business.
@@etjulien We'll be happy to help whenever we can :)
Minus the wheels, I'm in!
The 23's are quite nice, but these 21's are much more practical for New Jersey roads.

Congrats on your order! Even in non-Alpina form the latest X7 is an incredible car, enjoy it!
I have a 40i and it has never felt underpowered for that type of vehicle. The B58 is so smooth!
Is there a way to hide the third row seat belts when the seats are folded? They seem a bit in the way
There isn't but they really don't get in the way.
Is this car still available to buy?
630 hp! Hmm! Now I’m wondering what the new M models will make! This is a sexy beast but it is huge!
Lots of power for sure! We're on the edge of our seat waiting to hear what the new M5 will make. Should be a big number!
Where is the spare tire located? A very attractive SUV!
Agreed, truly stunning! The XB7 does not come with a spare tire.
Amazing 🔥
Thank you!
any hardware difference between this S68 and that S68 in x7 M60?
