Fish Head Curry looks nice. Im of Jamaican background so we make this sometimes in a soup or have it with rice separately or with potatoes, dumpling, green banana and yam. P.S yes I eat the fish eye too lool
Yeh..it's not a national dish..just something we make when it's cold or with leftover fish, and it's pretty much the same as yours. Solid food! Unlike the other islands in the Caribbean where their dishes are more bread based influenced from India, Jamaica's is more rice based from China. We LOVE rice. Peace

I made a fish curry many years, ago. I took a Pomfret and made 4 slits on both sides. Then I massaged a curry paste into it and deep fried it.
Oh I love crispy deep fried fish! Though at my home, we like to steam our pomfret
