Out of all the apps listed only OnStream and SmartTube are ongoing apps. The rest doesn't release any updates but the last versions still works. For example, I still use that version of Cinema daily. I pair it with Real Debrid so I have no issues using it (I did a video on Real Debrid too). And OnStream and SmartTube has automatic updates so once we install it once we don't have to worry about reinstalling it. When it comes to "new" apps, no matter what we use it'll be the same experience. So there's no need to chase these apps of the month constantly.
