Use a high lift farm jack and a peice of 2x4 block, tack the block to the base of the post about 6 inches off the ground, and use a flat hard surface to set your jack on. Each post will take a maximum of 5 minutes, I got 40 out in 3 hours a couple days ago with this method. And yes it works wonders with concrete anchors too. Literally no digging 99% of the time
Well there's no 4x6 there but you know quicker solution take a wedge a chisel between the wood and the concrete whack it with a sledgehammer break the concrete pull the wood out by hand grab the concrete pieces by hand very simple
Go back to Harbor Freight and buy a chain hoist. Buy 3 2x6's drill a hole through them. Then slide a pipe through the top, making a tripod, and you have a crane.
Used a wrong jack! Let use farm jack with chain + a long angle bar to support the jack , just few minutes even a 12yrs old boy can do after been trained .
I used a Hi-Lift jack and a chain (with the top of the jack secured to a tree) to pull mine out. About 5 minutes to setup and 5 minutes to pull it out.

High lift jack with a frame and a good 5 ft of chain and ur good. Much easier but it's a big piece to haul around.

One last thing: add screws to that side block. OR if there's a bracket, screw that in

I used a compound lever of 4x4s to do it. Popped 12 posts out.

I just break the concrete with a rock bar and pull the post out no need for all this extra bs.
