My friends and I have started combating the madden regression system by boosting the regressing attributes for the player back up to what it was. We do it fully with players that are 29-32/33ish, don't know how much you like the idea but it's something to look into to make "older players" more useable and allowing an expanded range of players to trade for/use.
I think that Elway has done everything well except QB. Like he is really good at evaluating prospects that are UDFA. Like CHJ and Lindsay are two amazing UDFA. There are many more that aren’t even mentioned.

Plz do a realistic rebuild of the cardinals, build around Christian Kirk and josh Rosen on offense and on defense build around Robert Nkemdiche, budda baker and trade pate pete for a first rounder to a team like the eagles and draft a player like greedy Williams to fill his place
