  • Hey guys let’s have a look at “How to Make Veg Pulao with Fried Paneer” very easily and quickly. This is one of my signature dishes which everyone in my family loves it. we are going to cook in pressure cooker in a jiffy. This Indian recipe is loaded with veggies and taste yummy !!
    The special ingredient about this dish is the coconut milk , it adds awesome flavor to the rice. Also the spices enhance it moreee. I’ve used light coconut milk ,you can also use thick milk instead. The fried paneer is will be super soft and adds deliciousness to the pulao
    This pulao goes well with raita , Brinjal/Eggplant curry.

    Ingredients:
    • 3 Cup Rice(basmathi)
    • 3 Tbsp Ghee
    • 1 Tbsp Oil
    • 6 Green Chili
    • 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    • 1 Bay leaf
    • 2 Cardamom
    • 2 Cloves
    • 2inch Cinnamon Stick
    • 2 Onions (medium size)
    • 1 Carrot (medium size)
    • 3/4 Cup Beans(chopped)
    • 1/2 Cup Peas
    • 1 Cup Paneer (cubed)
    • 1 Cup Coconut Milk *Salt as needed *Adjust Chili as per your need
