You're comparing a realistic simulator versus a game designed for everyone. F1 22 is designed to make everyone have fun, even little kids. Assetto Corsa is a realistic simulator that cannot be played with a controller and is not designed to make everyone have fun but to give a realistic experience of driving.
i usually dont brake at all at eau rogue, however on occasions braking may not be a bad thing especially with the introduction of DRS of which the slipstream is intensified. It now makes even more sence to take less of the risk on eau rogue and to overtake further along the long straight. a gentle lift wouldn't make such of a difference ... btw hes is a lot longer than a gentle lift... i could of fell asleep and woke up before he put his foot back on the gas
Unless there's a mod that adds a compelling career mod to it, it's as useless as f1 22. Hotlapping, or a few unconnected races can only get you so far before you get bored.
@@Juani_lol They probably overlook it because of the lack of good AI, and the fact that everybody wants a higher AI quality of driving. For some series/cars the AI is good, but for others....not so much.

more like £5 on sale with ultimate edition , but yes , best game to exist, mods are unreal, some of the paid F1 cars are really good and well worth the pickup. Content Manager is a must and SOL , then let ur hear flow with the shear amount of track mods and car mods
For the amount of effort AC demands you to make all this work on your PC, with the mods, I'd say its not fair comparing the base game of F1 22 with heavily modded AC. And I do believe F1 22 wins over AC easily in thw couch and sofa sections
the handling model is pretty ass especially compared to the previous games, it's traction doesn't make sense, it basically throws physics out of the window entirely, which obviously it's a game aimed at all skill level but it's just not playable for people that have more experience as it just doesn't allow you to drive correctly. From the beta testers for f1 23 however it is apparrently quite good, so i am excited but cautious for F1 23
Deleted my previous comment, because I forgot to read what mods you used. I mean...on sale £2 is definitely cheaper than whatever price F1 22 is when it's also on sale. BUT free mods don't always have accurate vehicle simulation, and because of that I suggest looking at some paid mods like the ones from VRC. They make one of the best of any motorsport cars including F1, IndyCar and so on. And the price for these cars are pretty cheap, I'd say below $10, so you're not spending much, in return you'll get a nice experience
Sorry to say it, but there _are_ free mods on AC that are still far more realistic than F1 22. I've got thousands of hours in AC. They are definitely out there. AC's handling physics model is also leagues ahead of anything EA can produce. F1 2019 is debatable, but still not enough flex in the suspension, and not enough liveliness in terms of weight transfer/car handling characteristics under braking. The suspension/setup option range is also pretty watered down compared to AC.
Wish people would stop with this bullshit clickbait. Assetto Corsa comes with none of the essentials necessary to actually hold a race. No AI pit strategy, setups do Jack shit, no flag or rules systems, nothing. Just a hotlap simulator with modability.
