actually, the pulsing objects is a consequence of the framerate bypass, not the speedhack. the speedhack doesn't change the pulse speed.
you can see how he cut out the fps on the upper left corner. i do think he could've used a speedhack, still.
the framerate has to be at least 400 for the orbs to pulse like that.
