Honestly, it's refreshing to see that taking a nap is okay too. I always feel like when I wake up early, I obviously get tired earlier in the day but it feels unproductive to take a nap too so it's nice to be reminded that it's okay to let your body rest too.

I've worked for years getting up at 3am to start work 4am and you can NEVER get used to it. 4am is the earliest optimal time a human being should wake up, anything before that no matter how many hours you sleep, you'll be exhausted throughout the day. 3-4am is the like the final lap in a race the most crucial period. Waking up at 3am is like getting rug pulled from underneath. 4am is a very good time to wake up.
I agree Yes, you might have a productive morning but the rest of day will be hard. Also, I think it depends on one’s lifestyle. I have a physically demanding job and Epilepsy. So, I need extra sleep especially if I want to do weight training. my gym doesn’t open till 7:30 am It’s not necessary to wake up early mornings. It works for some but people shouldn’t t feel bad for not being able to wake up so early. This woman is working hard and I applaud her that. But I will NEVER wake up before 6am! 😂

Dealing with acne can be very frustrating ! It really is trial and error with products that you put on your skin and food that you eat. I was vegan for 7 years and had amazing skin , barely any breakouts , only around the time of the month but they would go away really fast. Now I eat fish, dairy and eggs and I will say I am dealing with more stubborn acne specifically with incorporating cheese. But anyway I am enjoying the foods I eat and still eating clean. When it comes to face product less is more 💗 I would suggest not taking the greens supplement for a while to see if maybe an ingredient there is irritating your skin, one time I tried this new protein powder that had “greens” and it made me break out so it’s worth trying ! don’t stress you will balance it out I’m sure ! In my professional opinion, dairy is amongst the most mucous forming foods in the human diet. American dairy is poisonous. The first things I do with patients who have cancer, is get rid of dairy. There are exceptions. If you have a farmer and know exactly how well they raise the animals, no pesticides, no GMO grains, etc. etc. Raw dairy is something a patient introduced me to. Me personally, if I ever have milk, it's fresh,
Leana dear, you've inspired me so much when I discovered you. I wasn't wearing hijab at the time and you showed me that you can wear hijab and still be active. I now wear the hijab and also try to follow a similar morning routine with my workout and prayers. Thank you for the positive influence. As for skincare and acne, I suffered from acne without knowing the cause too since I eat clean, but other than stress and sleep, turns out that I was taking supplements that literally made the acne spread like crazy on my face. It was a doctor at the time who told me to stop taking vitamin B complex (other doctors never warned me) and to also be careful when taking iron supplements for instance (trial and error to find the most natural brand that didn't affect my skin, Floradix was amazing for me). Some people can start having breakouts when taking certain supplements. Even some types of protein can cause acne (I switched to vegan or marine). And so perhaps you want to "isolate" your supplements or stop them for a while for your body to detox from them (except for things like vitamin C which are safe, Zinc is also helpful for the skin etc.) and see how your skin reacts. I hope this helps. I had the same issue and nothing was fixing it until I stopped the supplement that caused it!
another tip is to sleep on a clean pillow face every night to avoid skin self-contamination - so to turn the pillow over the next night (1 pillow cover 2 uses)

Still, I have to say that I'm not entirely positive about all the encouragement in the comments. I wouldn't be able to cope with this structure for three days and I doubt most people would be happy with this life. But not every day will be completely identical for you either. What I miss is getting out during the day, getting some sunshine and at least going for a short walk in the green, even if it's in a park. If you stretch it out a bit sometimes, you don't have to do workouts every day. Furthermore, social relations are missing completely. People see a super clean, neat designed day in a nice home. Of course, that doesn't mean that you can't be inspired by individual things. Like planning the next day, which is so crucial, especially as a freelancer. If you do not plan, (unnecessary) things will just come and take over the whole day.

Try limiting Dairy to improve your skin. I gave up yogurt and ice cream, little to no milk and my skin cleared up. Try in Ramadan to see if it helps. If you don't do dairy just keep your routine very simple. a gentle cleanser, a toner, and a moisturizer. Can you leave a link to your workout outfit? I could really use that set. Shukran.

Appreciate to your effort. This morning routine must be life changing. I have slight suggestions for your skin. It must be because of your diet. Especially you are adding way too much oil for the breakfast. You should make it less. and use non stick pan for frying/toasting bread and eggs. so that you can reduce oil consumption. Also do reduce sugar on your diet. it can make your skin more glower and reduction of pimples. if you are already on it, great!

True. It wouldn't work for most who have a strict schedule for work etc. Ultimately, it makes little difference. She must have a very early night and has free time in the mornings, others have their free time at the end of the day instead. I know which I prefer.

Try limiting Dairy to improve your skin. I gave up yogurt and ice cream, little to no milk and my skin cleared up. Try in Ramadan to see if it helps. If you don't do dairy just keep your routine very simple. a gentle cleanser, a toner, and a moisturizer.

Appreciate to your effort. This morning routine must be life changing. I have slight suggestions for your skin. It must be because of your diet. Especially you are adding way too much oil for the breakfast. You should make it less. and use non stick pan for frying/toasting bread and eggs. so that you can reduce oil consumption. Also do reduce sugar on your diet. it can make your skin more glower and reduction of pimples. if you are already on it, great!
