Hi Emily. Just found your channel lastnight, have watched about 10 vids already. Love your positive attitude in the face of adversity, and laughter they say is the best medicine! I was diagnosed with stage 1 bowel cancer in 2016. Had two major surgeries, two rounds of chemo and 5 weeks of radiation. Radiotherapy really worked for me as I had been in a lot of pain 24/7. After 5 treatments the pain subsided, after 10 I was pain free. Thoughts are with you on your journey. And glad you have so much support!

Hope your treatments aren't too grueling. As a nurse, my advice to you is to make sure and take your pain meds before the pain kicks in. You have to knock it down before it grabs hold.

Hi Emily. Just found your channel lastnight, have watched about 10 vids already. Love your positive attitude in the face of adversity, and laughter they say is the best medicine! I was diagnosed with stage 1 bowel cancer in 2016. Had two major surgeries, two rounds of chemo and 5 weeks of radiation. Radiotherapy really worked for me as I had been in a lot of pain 24/7. After 5 treatments the pain subsided, after 10 I was pain free. Thoughts are with you on your journey. And glad you have so much support!

Another earth Mom here in the U.S. So happy for you both that you treated yourselves to the Hotel Savoy. Spectacular! Can't wait to see the wedding. You are a trooper and Aisha is such a darling. Hope your treatments aren't too grueling. As a nurse, my advice to you is to make sure and take your pain meds before the pain kicks in. You have to knock it down before it grabs hold.
