There was a period where Innovation was the best and Maru was the prodigy who couldn't quite put it all together, but once he upped his macro and risk management and his overall gameplay caught up to his micro, multitasking, and creativity, he went into god mode and no terran has been able to get close to his level since.
Amazing games, i love high level, highly technical terran games, almost every unit on the field has at least an ability and the way the timing, range and activation sequence of each of them make this game memorable.

Maru is such a monster. His macro is impeccable, his micro is always on-point, and, more importantly, he knows how to make multiple transitions over the course of the game. It's absolute genius to force out a bunch of air units and then switch to Marines.
Cure has always been a really good practice player. I learned not to root for him over the years, as he finds too many ways not to win. Well played by Maru.
Something I think Maru interesting as a player is that he's never scared of pulling SCVs in situations where i think a lot of other players would try and preserve their mining time
@@tugitbrothers3699 I have to imagine that he's also like calculated it like if he brings out the SCVs that's more DPS and bodies to prevent more extensive damage to his economy and infrastrcture since he can fill in for the small amount of dead SCVs with mules until he's rebuilt them.
The 1080 "HD" quality feels like 720.. Can you try to raise the quality with future videos? Seriously, for a game where you're supposed to look at the minimap this quality is SHIT, you can't tell where the units are of even from which team it is at times. Also please stop skipping time if this period involves killing units and buildings, it's also pretty shitty. Subscriber count will never raise if you don't raise the quality of your videos.

Maru did so much better at micromangement all those raven to disable tanks. Always nailed precise decision to make the army ho forward

It's feels sad that cure tried to do what maru did to him in game 6 with the cruiser transition but he just got matrixed to death.
