I actually come across some tape of him like 2 weeks before the draft. I thought that he'd definitely be gone no later than the 5th. Great pickup. I'd say he's about the same floor and upside as Christopher Smith. Very good instincts.
I think if he played at one of the SEC or ACC schools, he would've received a bigger recognition crowd, and his draft stock would've been higher. I can see him and Tre'von holding down the backend for years to come. Our defense is about to be sick in a great way. And if things go the way I feel they will, the QB on our roster that NO ONE, not even Raider Nation, is a dark horse to be the Raiders starting QB. And he's started some games himself.
Ya have to love are draft choices everyone of these kids have a great chance to start within the 24 season. BEST DRAFT IVE SEEN THE RAIDERS PULL OFF IN YEARS
It looks like he understands redzone defense. His coverage outside of the redzone needs work. Hes a little smaller than id like but he would be a good TE cover safety and zone/redzone safety
Are u kidding me???? Thorpe award winner with size and speed. This guy is gonna contribute right away. We stole a few guys in the draft this year. Both corners can play too. Its time to trade our starting free and strong safety away
Very mediocre coverage skills and poor tackler. I think you're looking for things that aren't there, perhaps only because he's related to a hall of fame safety. He'll be a practice squad player, he has a brighter future if he takes his commission and becomes an airforce officer.
The training coaches could definitely change all that.unless someone else show more promise. However they would definitely see all this to bring out the best in him.
Trey is the hardest worker I've seen. He gives you 100% EVERY TIME. 😤A true leader that others want to follow, and a certifiable weapon. Watch him work for #RAIDERNATION.🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️ #officerandagentleman 🫡
For a 7th round pick .. I am warming up to this pick as a possible steal.
Warming up? you should already be on board why are you so late? Clearly a steal in 7th round
Facts!
Trey Taylor is going to be a starter soon. He is a steal in the 7th round.
Replace Epps
@@DjeyB55 Epps is good tho, one of our captains
@rjjr1052 true. But Moehrig better I think
I think in 2 years he may be full time starter but still a huge steal in the 7th
Not a steal at all he would of went undrafted also he played in a weak conference against weak competition.

I think the starter job is wide open for Minshew and AOC we will see who wins it in training camp 👀
@raideralexofficial I want to see if Anthony Brown takes a shot at being the starter. He's a dual threat all the way!

I don't think you know what you're talking about. ..lol😅😅..
You're a mediocre evaluator of talent 😆
@@CarlosGuzman-vi9xw don't worry. When the 53 man roster is released, I'll come back to this post.

Extremely weak conference. Verse weaker competition. Would of went undrafted
