ah yes fizz too is the bane of my existence as someone who plays ADC. but my personal fave is def Rain shepherd ( though I got Milio because I play him). for future tier lists perhaps Vayne and Miss Fortune with this new tier list format?
Idk I just love all fizz skins (except fuzz fizz) like they're so cute n cool, like the omega squad, tundra fizz, or my fav rain shepherd fizz he's the cutest he's in my SSS++++ tier

worst tier list i ever saw in my life wtf, fisherman fizz, tundra and void are no doubt the best ones.
ranking skins isn't a science its generally going to be pretty subjective, I do appreciate hearing different takes though
