🎄It sounds kind of crazy but I love decorating the bathroom. My grandmother’s bathroom was so beautiful at Christmas. The lights and the beads were so fancy. There were beautiful towels and wreaths. (As I got older I realized it was kinda tacky.) As a child it was spectacular. I never turned the actual light on. I just used the Christmas lights. Now decorating our bathroom (which is in no way fancy) just feels like I am decorating with my grandma and she gets to enjoy the season with us. 🧑🏻🎄 Your house is beautiful, cozy and Hallmark movie ready.
You have such an eye for all of this! But my favorite of all is the little wreath your daughter put up in the breakfast nook. You’re doing phenomenally, mama. It’s sooo sweet to see the kids join you in fostering that kind of peaceful, beautiful dwelling for traditions to be kept and memories to be made❤️🤍

What I’ve done for those “battery eaters”… I take the battery pack out completely and then situate the string lights (one or 2 bulbs) popped into the hole. It’s less annoying and the lights are on when the garland is lit. Or you can use a separate string that weaves into the houses themselves 🎄

I have an idea why don’t you get a string of C7 lights and get those flicker flame lightbulbs for it and put it in your fireplace. It would give the effect of flames and a low flame fire.
