Soul Eater is one of the very few shows that got me into anime entirely and I'm just sooo excited for Fire Force 😊😊 I'm also wondering if your covering Given as well, I hope you do 😃
Just letting you know, the best shows this season are going to be without a doubt, Fire Force, Dr Stone and Vinland Saga, Vinland Saga in particular is one of the best mangas out there so you should keep an eye on that one
I enjoy that Maki has the muscle from her time in the military, but still has a defined personality. I've seen way to many shows where the girl with muscles is either super serious all the time or always angry. Maki is a massive dork. She's got a hopeless romantic, openly loves cute things, and is super self-conscious about her muscles. I adore the girl and her adorkableness never fails to make me smile.

When i checked the manga when it first came out, i thought the artstyle is familiar. I was surprise that it was the same mangaka who did souleater and i stop reading cuz i know it will get an anime in a few years. Now the time has come. If the anime gets too hype that i need the need to know what happens next i might jump and read the manga
Maybe you should watch Seirei No Moribito one day. One of the main characters is an awesome strong adult woman that feels very real (she is strong in many ways and not just a strong character trope).
