A very interesting construction, everything is held together by the axles. The model is 20 years older than I am, but after the restoration it looks much better than I can say for myself 😜🤣

I have a box of old models like these I'd love to keep but I'm not well. And I'd rather they go to someone who'd appreciate them.
All of them are from 1940-1960s they were mostly my late dad's and some from his late older brother.

Excellent job! I have never molded a piece before, but I need to for a project restoration I want to do. Why did you cut the mold you made for the headlights almost in half, and why keep opening it as you poured the resin in?

Hi Kris. Sorry for the delay in answering. I use the MM 940 foundry silicone for the production of molds. I cast the tires from molding polyurethane with a hardness of 70 Shorea. I dye it with a black resin dye. It seems to me that this is the best set for today. greetings

Ten modelik jest konkretnie z 46 czy od tego roku był produkowany? Bo np matchbox miał wybijany rok od kiedy wszedł do produkcji i tak mam Jaguara z datą 1986 a kupiony był nówka w jakimś 97. Jeśli to autko jest z lat 40 to szacunku bo niektóre moje modeliki zwłaszcza rosyjskie z początku lat 90 tak się utlenily że zaczęły się rozpadać jak ich odpowiedniki w skali 1:1 stojące po 30 lat w krzakach za szopą.
PS jak zwykle robota wykonana na najwyższym poziomie 👍

ten konkretny model był wyprodukowany w 1946 roku można to ustalić po budowie podwozia natomiast sam model sprzedawano już 1936 tylko miał troszeczkę inne podwozie
