I work in a very secluded place and winter here lasts approximately 9 months give or take a month and I was looking into this as a project and to play. This looks cool to play and I imagine its rewarding to play. I'm just wondering what types of tools you need and even if it should be pursued my a first time model builder. I may not have the experience but I'm patient, tenacious and a stickler for following sidetions to the letter.
This is a build you should be fine doing if you're good at following directions. The only tools you really need are a small Phillips screwdriver, which I believe is included. Some model snipers, which I believe are included. Some scissors and an exacto knife or box cutter will be useful. And some CA glue comes in handy. Check out my original video if you haven't already. ruclips.net/video/RWMrIZEolD8/видео.htmlsi=Y393iMlDvXVR22g5
Your video shows the flippers working, I still get jams when assembled as instructed. Have not found a solution so I cannot play (no working flippers). Have tried alignments, lubrication, but always jams with J3 plate on. Any suggestions?
@Larr2010 if I can remember right, I think there's a screw that you have to back out a little bit because it can scrape on the wood. But it's been a while.
@ there is only one screw the others are bolts. The screw does hold the flipper arm to the actuator and I have tried that. When this screw is loosened the flipper rotates, unevenly and jams. Thank you for your thoughts, but I still have a nonworking pinball machine with no flippers. Any more solutions or troubleshooting thoughts are always a welcome thank you again.

How come your bottom blue light was on in the beginning?
I'm really not sure. I didn't notice it until you mentioned it.
Cheers for the update.
It could be a ball save feature, if you drain the ball when the light is on it doesn't count as a loss.
