At first I thought Scandinavia was a country but now i know sweden denmark norway finland iceland are called scandinavian countries as I’m preparing for the exam .They have pretty good reputation on Human development index and educational system which differs from norm and produce good results. Anyway India has lot of variety of foods and same food tastes different depending upon regions like Indore is famous as street food capital of India, north is different south is different every state is different north east is different but I agree that UK has many good Indian restaurants seen a couple of vlog about that . And there are some hidden gems throughout the nation which are not so popular or known but is region or village or particular family own restaurants specific . ✌🏻
Even though I'm exposed to a lot of spices from my own cultural cuisine (Chinese cuisine), I've always thought of Indian cuisine as top tier. I remembered having Indian food for dinner every Sunday night because I just love the varieties of food they have to offer. You can blindly pick a dish and they still end up tasting great! Whether you're vegan/vegetarian/meat lovers, Indian cuisine will always have your back!!
I am glad you like our cuisine! Lots of Indians, both men and women, learn to cook nowadays just so we can prepare and eat snacks at home hehe. Samosa is the most common and very loved snack for us. Next is Chaat like Samosa Chaat Dahi paapdi etc. In India Chinese Manchurian varieties are very popular ^^. You can find them in every stall here. We avoid MSG though since kids also eat them.

It is true here in England/Great Britain we love curries and Indian cuisine. Because of the old colonial links then the Indian/Asian community are the second largest in the country so it has been easy to experience such things.
I used to take out the stuffing and give it to my sister. I used to find the stuffing too hot. I still do so I prefer homemade samosa rather than buying it from shops. The school canteen did have a small samosa which wasn't as fiery as the big one. I loved eating that.
I think Chicken Tikka masala is Indian food tailored for English tastebuds, like how Chinese takeaway was tailored for English tastbuds all that MSG lol...first time I had Guava juice was in Singapore and it taste so good!
In my whole student life I have been surviving on Samosas . It's an on the go food for me. No mess at all. As you know we eat with hands and it gets really messy. Samosa is my breakfast, lunch, dinner while studying at campus. BTW, I'm from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 😊

i am a vegetarian ,and let me tell u guys its not at all hard to be a vegetarian here..there is so much variety that it will take u a lifetime to explore..there is gujarati,rajasthani ,south indian and delhi and mumbai food are a mood of their own..there is one thing this country is heavily blessed with ,,,,food ,spice and taste !
