Just because you don't know a song doesn't mean its Bollywood. She looks so nervous and she slowed down the songs to make it easier for them to dance. Actually bollywood music is more about having fun than the choreo, you only learn the hook step maybe like kaala chasma or jai jai shivshankar or badri ki dulhaniya but the rest is just playing the music and enjoying yourselves to the fullest

But if they are fine with it then it doesn't really matter I guess. Similar terms "oppa" (younger female to older male), "unnie" (younger female to older female), "hyung" (younger male to older male). And if they use "ssi" (like byungeun-ssi), it is like they are on approximately equal speech level, also a kind formality.
