This time it is from off the coast of Taiwan. As seen in the video, it looks like a massive monster of some kind is off the side of a boat. But what kind of monster.?

You are correct, if you go back 4 secs, just after daboo gets to the surface of the water for streetview, and is beginning to turn towards the boat, there is a craft section under the water, with 3 windows on it (use YT zoom), it has a long shaped body!

I screenshot and cropped and it is some type of vessel that appears to have maybe a link to it. Maybe a type that would be in a movie and the vessel having control.

Well, whatever it is, the dimensions are pretty messed up. Head and facial features appear to be too small for what appears to be the rest of the body. The eye should be as big as the boat, and the mouth too big to be able to get a good crunch out of the boat. It COULD be real, but the dimensions are not right. Who knows anymore.
