I wish there was more focus on the CIS in general because I find it to be the most interesting of the 4 major factions in Star Wars but it is given the least attention!

Geetsly's this is an idea I’ve been talking to my friends about I’d love to see a band of brothers style live action clone wars show that focuses on the mygeeto or Felucia theaters
I love the clone wars, so much action and even tho the clones are all have the same face and same home, they all have different personality’s, some more funny than others, like hardcase back on Umbara when he yelled the Umbarains “HEY WHERE YOU GOING?! GET BACK HERE!!!” Lol
The first 1.5-2 minutes of this video could be summed up very accurately by saying "The thing about the Clone Wars to remember is that unlike most other wars the Clone Wars were in every respect a civil war including nearly all of the entire known galaxy at the time."... brother against brother, friend against friend, conflicts starting and never really ending in nearly every backyard.
I just realized that the Clone Wars is just George Lucas’s version of the American Civil War. The South was seceding from the Union in a confederacy. The republic won the war, like the Union did. Many people believe that the United States was practically remade entirely as a result of the war nearly breaking the North to its core. The republic wasn’t able to make many massive victories in the early stages of the clone war. When the war ended, the Republic was remade (sure unto an empire but still). Does anybody agree or disagree? Did you even take the time to read all of this? Impressive.
@@user-qc8jd5tw6s I mean... OBVIOUSLY there are many MANY differences, but when looking at the outside, the general idea of things, they are pretty similar conflicts
Toaster Rights Advocate Jedi were based on Samurai and Order 66 is based on an actual order by the president to round up Japanese Americans and put them in custody in WWII. The Jedi Purge represents the extermination of the old ways of an old era, similar to Japan’s shift from old to now.
I would defiantly want to hear more about the Felucia Theater. I mean it seems like it was the most challenging and the Theater were the most back and forth happened. I mean you have all the battles at both Felucia and Saleucami, with both being hard to take. You have Umbara starting off as a Republic planet, but then seceding and joining the CIS, thus giving them a good foothold to get into more major Republic territories, and of course, the bloody battle that took place there. Then you have when the CIS lost so much ground and they tried to take Kashyyyk to get some kind of foothold back into the major territories. No wonder the Separatist capital for their Senate planet Raxus was located here, it was the best place for it to be defended.
What I would love to see would be a 4 game series that focuses on a clone commander leading his brothers in battle. Game 1 : 1st year, Game 2: 2nd year, Game 3: 3rd year, Game 4: choose to do 66 or not by not doing it will give the Imperial campaign against the remaining separatists or rebellion
I have a question: How could around 5 million Clones keep the entire Republic save (3 million worlds)? Even with the local security forces help, you still would need at least 50 million Clones to keep the peace.
Why did no one ever think to use an orbital bombardment on grevious while he's attacking clones. Yeah you lose a lot of men, but you've robbed the CIS of it's best general.
Can you do a video on new weapons that capital ships could/should use?? Instead of turbo lasers, ships could use Self Propelled Heavy Artillery cannons. So this venator for ex could replace the 6 heavy turbo lasers they have and put 4 SPHA’s on the ship for ex. Or a Imperial could have 16 SPHA’s. It’s a hypothetical thing that could be better than turbo lasers based off how powerful they are in The movies. And in the shows and movies, ships only fire like 3 turbo lasers ever at a time it looks like so might as well have a powerful gun. The SPHA could just be modified that it sits in the shit obviously and then the gun just rotates on top. And it has its own power source so it doesn’t really take power from the ship. Increasing the ships shield or thruster or power for other things too.... I think it would be an amazing thought and video to discuss? Something new that no one talks about!!!
one has to assume they sucked most of the time, otherwise they would have been used by the firepower obsessed empire. my theory is their range sucked compared to turbolasers.
Were there any Clone Battalions that were particularly thuggish, acted poorly and confrontational with civilians? Excluding those Coruscant Clone Troopers
What I would have done is try and find the locations of the main planets that where top tier of important's to the republic and try and send shipments of droids and have then stationed in different wear houses and attack main strategic point and try to cripple the republics main resources productions and while they try to repair there suppliers a bigger fleet could send a fleet and attack a big military production facilitie and destroy it.
Sidious wanted the bulk of the republic's population to be in support of the empire, hence he chose the republic and the more densely populated core worlds as the winning side. if Dooku had bretayed him just before the war, then he should do what you say. canonically B1s and B2s and infact many early CIS weapons can be broken down into component parts that look like civilian equipment. meaning in peacetime (and even in war time, but its harder) you can smuggle in a droid army to practically any planet.
Yo quick question. How long was the droid army around before the clone wars? It seems like in the first movie that was their first time being deployed but idk
