Angio gram : the record which shows the activity of the veins
Endo card itis : inflammation inside the heart
Phleb itis : inflammation in veins
Atrio tomy : I don't know (Atrio : artery)
Aorto stenosis : Narrowing of aorta valve

Yes! But remember it's -itis not -isis, and when the suffix starts with a vowel, you drop the combining vowel of the root word, so it would be Phlebitis =]

Answers: ANGIOGRAM = Graphic of the recording of heart activity. ENDOCARDITIS = within/endo cardio/heart itis/inflammation condition of inflammation/ endocardium inflamed. PHLEBITIS = Vein .. Inflammation ATRIOTOMY surgery/atrium AORTOSETNOSIS= A medical condition /thickening of aortic valve. Greets!!
