This is one of the better done videos regarding this house. Two questions, what is the size of the plot? and those windows .. are they strong enough to last ama they will break when the kids play football?
Easternville estate reminds me of SA or Namibian homes very well done and incorporating modern concepts on its architecture. Excellent homes and estate worth dwelling in Nairobi metropolitan area 💯 🙏
The large windows are a big win for this house. Only thing to critique is the master bathroom; they should have put a freestanding bathtub where the toilet is and provided for a bigger sink and mirror, there is loads of space (and a bigger window too)
I wish you could just focus on the sell of the house without the unnecessary cat-walking ! A Video for what could've been 10 minutes, is now 20 minutes coz you're explaining to us the obvious. Kudos to the the team behind the house design and construction. Good Job!👍
