As a Melbournian, the open warehouse, industrial aesthetic is very authentic. That’s a homemade sausage roll - I make them for my family just about every week!
Edit - after reading the comments in this thread about the sausage roll, let me help clarify a few things. I’ve been making home made sausage rolls for decades because I’m celiac, so if I want a sausage roll (I’m not giving them up), I have to make them myself.
Sausage rolls in Australia are normally made with sausage meat. Yours looks made with mince beef, probably because you can’t buy sausage meat there. That’s why it tastes similar to meat loaf. I’ve also made home made meat loaf for decades. Here, you can mix sausage meat and minced beef together for meat loaf.
It’s hard to tell, but even the pastry could be home made. Not sure if you sell off-the-shelf puff pastry in the States. I’d say they’ve made it from scratch.
So here we have a USA based Aussie cafe getting their food as close as possible to authentic Aussie food while being somewhat restricted by on-hand resources - good on them!

That's a sausage roll is a sample. So small 😂 You need to have a whole one. In paper bag and yeah anyone's coffee will beat a American percolated coffee. Flat white is Aussie recipe, but is made out of a real espresso coffee machine, that's why it's better.
Sausage roll is the poor man's Aussie pie. Pie is what you need to be looking for 😉
But you must choose the right ones. Straight chunky steak is good start. Steak and kidney, or mushroom is best. Potato "heaps of mash on some mince" chicken veg is a watery rip off usually. And never get a pepper steak or curry. They never good as they sound.😅 Some exotic ones like kangaroo or seafood are good. But you must try plain steak meat pie first 😋

    SAUSAGE ROLL RECIPE
    Pork sausage meat
Finely chopped onion (if you wanna get fancy, finely chopped carrot, and peas. Use a blender for ease)
Loads of pepper (my mum also used to put a little dried oregano)
Salt (my mum used to use some powdered chicken stock too)
    Pastry sheets
    Egg (not required)
Mix the meat & veg, salt and pepper.
Roll the filling in the pastry to make tubes about 3cm diameter. But only overlap the bottom of the pastry. Slice off there, and use the rest of the sheet for the next roll.
The egg, if you want, mix it up, and paint it to glue the bottom layers, and glaze the tops. Or just use water to glue the bottom layer.
Chop them into 2" bite-size, or 6". Thereabouts.
Bake on middle tray at 180C for about 15-20 minutes, until golden.
    Slather with tomato sauce. Scoff.
