Thank ya buddy. I think making a wedge that allows the gap to be filled quickly and has a bit more meat to it will help with ruining the wedge before it is driven all the way down while getting max spread faster

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
If you have something you don’t need, give it to someone who needs it. It will come back to you in one way or another.
You know by now how important it is to offer service freely to your community without expecting anything specific in return. And you also know how important the intangible personal benefits of self-respect and inspiration accompany such action.
However, it is also true that rendering a public service affects the values of your community. Your actions are a quiet but steadfast signal to others of the importance of involvement, a sign that success does not require heartless devotion to a cause and a reminder of the personal satisfaction you gain from your labor. You will find that you inspire others to take similar actions in different areas, creating a ripple effect far beyond what you alone can do. The community in which you live will become a better place, and you will be happier being a part of it.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
Every time you influence another person to do a better job, you benefit that person and you increase your own value.
Someone once said that no one can really motivate anyone else; all we can do is motivate ourselves and hope it catches on. You will never know how much you influence others with your behavior. When you always go the extra mile, you will affect those in your circle of friends and acquaintances, your family, your co-workers, and even your bosses to do more and better than they have ever done.
Your value to yourself and others is greatly enhanced by your ability to influence others to be happier, more productive people. There are no salary caps or career limits for those who lead others to great heights of success. Such people are too valuable.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
Those who do more than they are paid for will sooner or later be willingly paid for more than they do.
If you consistently do more than you are paid to do-whether you are a professional, an executive, an hourly worker, or an entrepreneur-you will eventually be compensated for far more than you do.
If you give more and better service than those around you, customers will eat a path to your door, and your boss will consider you irreplaceable. With the dearth of outstanding service that exists in the world today, you can instantly differentiate yourself from the competition simply by providing good service.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
Those who do no more than they are paid for have no real basis for requesting more pay because they are already getting all they deserve to earn.
If you look around you, it will be apparent that there are two types of people in the world: There are those who say, “When this company decides to pay me what I’m worth, then I will do what they want me to do.” The second is the person who says, “I’m going to be the best I can be because that’s the kind of person I am. I also know that if I consistently give more than expected, I will eventually be rewarded for my efforts.” It is easy to see that the positive person contributes most to the organization. Yet, very few people are willing to make the sacrifices necessary to achieve success. Make sure you’re a member of that group.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
Remember that every time you go the extra mile, you place someone under obligation to you.
When you do something to or for another, whether your deeds are good or bad, people feel compelled to “retaliate” in kind. You can expect to be treated well in return if you are kind and decent. If you use others for your advantage without giving anything in return, you will soon find they have little use for you-people like working for and with positive, considerate people. Start now to develop the habit of going the extra mile.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
Don’t push others around if you have no blisters on your own feet.
Good officers lead by example and make sure the troops are cared for before attending to their own needs. When you treat others respectfully and never ask another to do something you would be unwilling to do yourself, you are entitled to the respect of others-and they will freely give it. But you cannot expect others to continue marching until they have blisters on their feet while you ride in the jeep. Leading others means you must be willing to give far more of yourself than you would ever ask of them.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
A bull may have good qualities, but you will never bring them out by waving a red flag in his face.
Arousing others is easy-if you don’t care what kind of action you inspire. If you wish to create a positive response in others, you do so by example and through the art of gentle persuasion, not by daring them to attack. When you work with others, concentrate on their positive attributes, not on the things they dislike or fear. When you take the time to get to know your associates, to learn about their hopes, dreams, and aspirations, you can determine what motivates them. You can then show them how they can align their goals with yours to work together for your mutual advantage. When you do, everybody wins.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
Do your job precisely as if you were your own boss, and sooner or later you will be.
The American system of free enterprise is based upon the premise that every individual may profit in proportion to his or her labors. In today’s hectic, highly competitive, global environment, however, you may feel that you are not adequately recognized and compensated for the contribution you make. The next time you feel overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated, remind yourself that you really are in business for yourself. Your product is you.
Are you the kind of employee you would like to have if you were the boss? When you are considering a difficult decision or when you are thinking about how to avoid an unpleasant assignment, ask yourself, “If this were my company, how would I handle this situation?” When your answer is that you would take precisely the same action you are considering as an employee, you are headed for bigger and better things. You will soon be the boss.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
Only those who have the habit of going the second mile ever find the end of the rainbow.
It is a fact of life that most of us try and fail many times before we ultimately achieve the desired level of success. You can expect to travel the extra mile many times only to find fool’s gold at the end of your rainbow. But you will most certainly miss out on the great riches that await you if you quit trying. A superficial commitment to doing more than expected based only on what you wish to receive will not sustain you long-term. Great achievement results from an obligation to do the right thing regardless of the consequences, and that commitment will ultimately lead you to the pot of gold at the end of your rainbow.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
Only the highway of useful service leads to the city of happiness.
Psychologists who study human behavior have concluded that we are happiest when we are striving to achieve success. It is the act of striving, not the successful completion of the task, that provides the greatest psychic rewards. When you strive to achieve success through service to others, you multiply the benefits to yourself, and you ensure that whatever road you choose in life will ultimately lead you to success and happiness.
There is no occupation or profession that will not benefit from a concerted effort to better serve others. But the greatest benefit will be to you, in the form of the self-satisfaction that comes from knowing that you made a difference, that without you others would never have received the service you provided.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
Start going the extra mile and opportunity will follow you.
Going the extra mile can give you insight and a good reputation, attracting opportunity. Many oblivious opportunities are found in places no one else has ventured. If you put in the extra effort to make a good project even better, or you get to know your equipment better than anyone else on your shift, you will see things others overlook and be in a position to use them.
Leaders who need a job done think first of people they know who will do it well. If other people respect you for your work's quantity and quality, you will find yourself advancing past others who regard their jobs as drudgery. For all the extra service you've rendered, you'll find yourself more than amply compensated by opportunities others never grasp.

    Quote from New Life newsletter:
    Filled With Joy
The Lord has done great things for us; we are joyful. Psalm 126:3
Joy is not something you find, it is something you choose. The experience of joy does not in any way deplete the amount of joy available. On the contrary, the experience of joy makes possible even more profound and sustained joy. Some would say that joy is not possible, or not realistic, or not appropriate in certain situations. Yet those very situations are the ones to which joy can bring the most value. Joy requires nothing and gives much. And you have the truly magnificent ability to create joy. Joy is not the result of success. Joy is, in fact, a significant cause of success. Make this day joyful by filling it with joy. The more you choose to experience it, the more joy there will be.
Father in heaven, how grateful we are for the many joys in life that You in Your grace have given us. Whatever our circumstances may be, help us to live full of the Joy of the Lord rather than the worries of this world. We want others to see Your love and light through us and the way we live. Help us to choose to live full of joy today. In Jesus name we pray, AMEN!
Misery might love company, but so does joy. And joy throws much better parties.

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
A peacemaker always fares better than an agitator.
In today’s “everything is negotiable” society, we are bombarded with messages telling us that we get what we demand, not what we deserve. You may temporarily achieve success by demanding more than your due from others, but it will not last long. “Squeaky wheels” may initially receive the most attention, but the wise wagon master eventually replaces them. Creating problems and discord is easy, but leading others in cooperation and harmony is difficult. Which type of individual do you think is most valuable to the organization? The most significant rewards in life-both financial and personal-will always accrue to the peacemakers of the world.

    Quote from New Life newsletter:
    The Little Corner
The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it. Genesis 2:15
There’s one little corner of your life where you can make an improvement today. Take the opportunity to do so. There’s one little corner of the world where you can make a difference right now. Go ahead and be the person to make that difference. One little corner may not seem like much. One little corner may not appear to be worth the trouble. Yet when you get things working well in that one little corner, something wonderful happens. You discover how delightful, inspiring, fulfilling and compelling the experience of achievement can be. And then you start looking for other little corners where you can improve. One little corner after another, you begin to have a major positive impact. To achieve great things requires no great effort, just a modest effort repeated again and again. Start right now by improving one little corner, and you’re on your way to change the world.
Father in heaven, when we look at the world and all its mess it can be overwhelming. Where do we even start? Show us one little corner we can focus on and help make a difference in our lives and the lives of others. In Jesus name, AMEN!

Napoleon Hill’s Thought for the Day
The end of the rainbow is reached only at the end of the second mile.
Christ’s admonition to the faithful in Matthew 5:41: “And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain,” responded to the Roman custom of allowing officers to force others to carry their load for a mile. The purpose of the biblical principle, similar to the idea of turning the other cheek, was to make good come from evil. You can add goodness to goodness by rendering beyond what you are asked to do. When you truly believe that the habit of going the extra mile is the only acceptable way to conduct yourself in all your dealings with others, when you are driven by a burning desire to serve your fellow man, you will be rewarded both financially and personall
