Got nasty hay fever in spring every year and EIB. After I got the pneumonia and haemophilus shots and get the flu shot every year, I mostly stopped from having these every year allergy- asthma induced winter colds, tonsillitis, etc that used to ruin my winters and springs. It changed my life really.
