If you hold a valid EU visa no need for transit visa in Serbia

Hi did they calcute days from monday to friday or monday to sunday because they said 20 working days pliz let me know.need your help
20 working days means mon-fri with exception of public holidays. In short 20 working days is 1month from the date of submission

There is no minimum balance ever mentioned by the embassy.
If it is a sponsored job put all documents. All the best
