As a Brit I certainly don't war with Russia. I have no animosity towards the Russian people. What he's saying is the Ukranian army hasn't been trained to use the misiles that it will take somebody that's trained properly or someone to first put the coordinates in before firing. It takes skilled technicians to operate them and not just some slap stick training to operate the missile systems therefore only personell from NATO army's which is direct involvement by NATO . Putin started the war and considering that NATO was formed after WW2 to stop any country from usurping the sovereignty of another so that no other so called "Hitleresque" leaders could get away with it, NATO is only hindered by the nuclear threat because once one single nuclear missile goes up then they all go up and nobody wins that type of escalation. What he's saying is the Ukranian army hasn't been trained to use the misiles that it will take somebody that's trained properly or someone to first put the coordinates in before firing. It takes skilled technicians to operate them and not just some slap stick training to operate the missile systems therefore only personell from NATO army's which is direct involvement by NATO . My grandmother, at the VERY END of her life, literally, lying in her bed with my sister laying next to her, my sister says grandma voiced she was worried Russia with the US....she died back in 2000. So wierd on her deathbed and was worried about that! I miss her EVERYDAY! EVERY SINGLE DAY.
