You can always buy used, I'm in Italy so understand oh high GPU prices are (the rtx 4070 ti super Is 950) but you can always find some good deals with used/am cards
I would recommend saving up a little more but if you really want I’m sure you could get a ryzen 5 3600 and a 1660 super but it wouldn’t be all that good you might be a able to find a better cpu for your budget but that’s what I would recommend
I think that for fortnite only and occassional other games 4060 ti 8gb is actually perfect. You are probably playing on the lowest settings, 1080p and you don't need a powerfull gpu and the vram isn't important too. I've heard that radeons have problem with fortnite and it won't make sense to go for 7700xt. If you can stretch for 7800xt just get 4070

Assuming the monitor is 1080p and you will play mostly eSports titles investing in a good CPU is the priority, so like a 7800X3D, or for CS2 a 14700KF as Intel performs better in that game. Match that with a kit of 6000MHz kit of RAM and then use the rest of the money to buy a decent GPU. I'd recommend a 7800XT, or a used RTX 3070/3080 depending on local pricing. Nvidia performs better in CS2, if thats what you play.
There are 7900 XTX going for around 930 bucks to 1050 ish but i really recommend the 7900 XT for new because it has 7900 XT and can go from 700 to 800 USD

Pretty high, really. I could do it for 1200 Euros here and we have some crazy taxes. Get a DDR4 board for around 120, DDR5 isn't worth it. Get a cheap case and spend as much as possible on your PSU.

I have a Getforce RTX 3090 and I’m getting only 100 fps in Fortnite, I’m wondering if it’s normal or not. Also my pc stutters a lot while playing Fortnite, with my cpu being used 100% for some reason, it has 4 cores.
Both card are made with heatsink that at full capacity won't run hotter than 75c which is a good temp for a gpu. Also with the beefier heatsink on the rtx 3080 you'll probably get the same or lower noise because of the better cooling. There like 0 good reasons to choose a rtx 4060 Ti

Second dlss 3 is only supported in about 30-50 games currently, not enough to warrant a huge benefit from the previous Gen of dlss. Thirdly wattage is most likely not a concern for who can drop 1k+ on a pc. I do not care how much power it uses as long as I can get th performance. There is niche groups, but as the name says, they are a niche.

For Fortnite go for a console .My preference spend $250 on a series S, and i would use the rest for accessories(Headphones, keyboard whatever).

Do not get a 16gb 4060ti, it’s 128bit bandwidth doesn’t give it any benefit, it acts like a 9.5gb card rather then a 16gb
