Wow! I was really confused on when to use who/whom in the sentence, but you really explained it so well. You nailed it! Please make more videos. 😊👌🏻Thank you. 🙏
Great lesson, you clarified me the difference between who and whom, nevertheless, I can´t distinguish WHOM of TO whom, could you explain this tho me. Thanks in advance.
Many people understand the question forms, it would be very helpful to show how to use them in statements... e.g. These are my six friends, most of whom live in the city.
I tend to get confused when it's a declarative sentence. Ex: "I met a strange man ____ I suspect to be an undercover agent." It's "whom", right? Because "man" is the receiver of the verb "suspect"?
Yes! That is correct. In that sentence, "whom" is used as the object of the verb "suspect". Since the strange man is the one being suspected, he is the object of the suspicion.

@@SparkleEnglish Thanks! This is very helpful.❤
100%😀
Fabulous!!
Mathematically speaking...whom minus who, the difference is m.
All formally correct, but the word "whom" is clearly falling out of use as the English language continues to change and evolve.
That's tricky. It's either a very good point or cheating!
This is true. I never use "whom" in conversation with my friends. They would probably laugh if I did!
Who
Good job
Thanks
