I too have tons of stickers. What helps is to use the stickers you use the most should be in sticker books. I learned this a little too late. I have so many sticker books that I quit organizing them because I was breaking down value packs, but I had so many stickers, I eventually quit 😂😂😂.
Thank you for your video. I have so many stickers and someone gave me their Happy Planner items, so now i have some ideas of how i'm going to store them. I'm a EC person but i didn't want to have the other supplies go to waste. I love your ideas on storing stickers and sticker books... I also like how your flow of the video is so natural. You change ideas in the middle and talk like your talking directly to us. It does not sound "scripted" like your reading from a paper laying next to you. Thank you so much for that.
I’ve done the same thing you said where I took half sheet paper and glued my journalling stickers to them and used the sticker book to store them along with my loose sticker sheets. I love how many different ways you found to use the book and use the books along with the dividers to not waste anything.
Thanks for your instruction! I really need ideas as my brain is slow to ‘think of ideas’ ... lol... hence: I always have been a fan of ‘mambi’ as it’s name represents using your/my own ideas with the products they provide. I love seeing & hearing your advice as it helps me pick & choose which pointers I want to implement in my storage. I really need my excessive products ‘stored’ In an organized accessible fashion. Thanks again.
This video was perfectly timed for me! I just bought this and was literally opening youtube specifically to look up how exactly to use this. I am so happy I saw your video, as you're my favorite planner channel! Thank you!
These are some great ideas. These sticker storage books are now on clearance for under $5 at Michaels. Had I seen this video I would have gotten more than one, I am going to use this one for Sticky note dashboards, since I seem to have a lot of those. Thanks for all the tips.
Thank you so much for this video. I had no idea how the sticker books worked and didn't understand why people would want this. The Happy Planner stickers come in a pack, but now knowing how the sticker book works, I can see that separating them into categories would help me find the ones I want to use more frequently! Especially the ones I have that don't come in a 'book'.
OMG! I always thought your accent sounded so local. I actually have a PO Box at the same post office! You were the first planner babe that I started following and I watch (almost) all of your videos. Love your creativity so much!
That's awesome! My accent is actually more Alabama than Texas, but I haven't been home to Alabama in awhile so you probably can't tell at the moment HAH!
Hi Kell! long time viewer, first time commenting! Love your show!! Just wanted to mention you can get replacement blades in the paper cutter/tool section at local craft stores, cut some aluminum foil on there. the last option is just pop the blade out and stab some foil (like for a cricut blade).
I’m new to your videos. I found it very helpful. Do you have a video or advice on which sticker books a beginner to happy planner should have in their possession? I have a few books but feel like there’s some specific categories that I should have. I’m just not sure which ones.I hope this makes sense.
Your ideas are awesome and I can't wait to use them in 2020! I may take it a step further and laminate the front and back to make them even more durable.
I looked at this at my store and put it back because I wasn’t sure what I’d use it for but these are good ideas. I did think about the ones that are on the dashboards but I really don’t have a whole lot of them.
Maybe if you have more stickers than you can use, _and_ you have viewers sending you addition free sticker sheets, maybe you could do a destash and find a way to give it to women who can't afford to buy planner supplies like this?
What a beautiful idea. I'm actually in a group on FB and we have this HUGE box that we ship to different members every month FULL of planner items .... You take what you want or love - being mindful not to be greedy and take everything in the box - but then you put stuff back in the box from your own stash that you won't use and ship the box to the next member. I was so excited when I heard about the idea! Also, I've seen tons of buy, sell, trade, giveaway groups on their too where you can get a lot of free stuff... I'm thankful for people who do this because as a broke, single mama of two girls - I would never have been able to get any stickers!
I just bought a sticker storage book and I think I need another one. Thank you for the ideas, can't wait to see your send video and see how you are using the storage sticker book.
Just picked up 2 and was like ummmm. The directions were not making since I'm sleep deprived and over stimulated which is so complex when tryin to organize---- THANK YOU
Ok, I'm old, lets just start with that -lol. I keep hearing OG, what is OG ;-) Also, I have the sticker books but I need MORE of the inserts to stick them too. I too years ago made my own sticker book and glued to cardstock but I like the ease of the inserts that come in the sticker book. Oh, I finally feel smart - lol. I put my stickers on dashboards in the sticker book and I LOVE It. Thanks for the great idea of putting the pre-punched cards in a book - great idea.
Hey Heather, I've watched a handful of your 'how to get started' videos, and while its great information for me to fee less intimidated, but I wonder if you've got any suggestions on how to make a planner work for self-employment. I'm trying to do a work planner, and while i've tried doing it before, i fall off the wagon, so to speak, because its kind of the same thing every week, maybe somethings broken up by an appointment or something, and it just feels boring to try and upkeep. Any tips?
The those sticker books already come on the dashboards? If not, would you recommend making your own? (I am a big fan of yours, thank you for sharing your love of planning!! Just ordered my first 4 happy planners... I went a bit crazy🤪)
Hello there!! New to planning and really enjoyed your vidioes. Thank you. I'm so overwhelmed with the stickers. I have a happy planner large I think. Would you recommend a couple of sticker books to start me of please. Kind regards marilyn from uk xx
Great information, thank you for sharing, I’m new to the Happy a planner system, I bought the Rainbow sticker book w a coupon from Michaels today, looking forward to getting my Budget binder and non dated calendar together with cute stickers. New to sub to you
Correct... Which leads me to wonder how we can reuse the inserts or if happy planner wants us to spend MORE money. I think it's such a joke they only put space for 12 stickers, knowing people who use their stuff have like 10k stickers or more lol
I didnt realize that Happy Planner has sticker storage books. At this point because Im new I dont want to remove the stickers that are currently in books that are all different themes. Im affraid that its going to be confusing. TY
Ok... My target, nor Michaels, nor the Joann's across state lines has ANY of this stuff. We do have a hobby lobby but they are running behind on getting the new release stuff out (another two weeks they said) but they are keeping everything on sale and I got a sticker book that looks nothing like either of yours 😂 it's on rainbow extension disc and big black polka dots on the front. It's really disappointing they didn't add more inserts to be able to store more stickers... Not like they would lose money but adding a few more in... I mean 3 per section... They don't even know who their own planner babrs are 😂#stickerobsessed I wouldn't have purchased it had it not only been $3.49! ANYWAYS! I need to find those sticker dashboards. Love them.
how did you add paper to the sticker sheets? (the ones with the black and white polka dot strip on the top or the green paper attached to the accessory pack stickers? ) did that make any sense???
My Life on Paper I have videos on how I did it but basically i taped them on paper. Search “Kellofaplan Journaling Sticker storage” and the video should pop up
Hello, love your ideas especially on storage. The way you reuse everything is great. Where did you get the dashboards from? The ones I've seen had writing on them.
Don’t you ever get tired of flipping through a hundred pages to find the sticker you want? That’s why I gave up on my Happy Planner. Flipping through a hundred pages was an action I repeated so many times that I came to dread it. Would love to know how you avoid that feeling.
Jacki Q usually when I am actually planning I only choose a book or two to use. I also choose only z2-3 colors that way when I, flipping I am looking for specific colors and i don’t get distracted
Heather Kell I like this idea in theory, but in practice I find myself thinking “I know somewhere in all these sticker pads I’ve got a sticker that says movie night” and then I have to stop and find it because what was the point of buying all these stickers if I don’t use them. Know what I mean?
@@jackiw7 I know exactly what you mean. I had the same issue. The way I got through it was that I took all my sticker books and took of the pages. Once that was done I sorted them into categories (food, boxes, quotes, dates, functional planning, etc.) Then subcategories (empty date boxes, drinks, fast food, home meal, empty boxes, date flags, etc.). I also try to sort what I can into like colors or matching ones. I then label each storage book so i know what's in each. That way when I go to plan I know which ones to grab. Yes it's a lot of work of you have accumulated a lot of books. But i do them in batches and get the family involved. Fun activity for the family. Once you have caught up on what you already have you can keep going with the new ones you get. Have fun
@@customMadebyACLD How did you do that? Do you have a kind of release paper or something like that? Because a page has so many categories of stickers on it...

Great idea i personally think having all ur stickers into books divided by subjects is very crafting as well as helpful when feeling over whelmed..

I'm watching this while waiting for hubby to get done at work (we carpool) like HURRY UP I NEED TO GO HOME AND ORGANIZE MY STICKERS NOW 🤣
OMG, I just replicated your journaling sticker book. I now have life! It has been driving me crazy with those in the plastic sleeve.
I think the happy planner should make all their sticks like that. Easy for storage

I definitely need this. I had a binding of 3 sticker books completely fall off and got like tons of single sheets.

Stampin Mania original gangster is what OG stands for.
Super good ideas, like them all!
@heatherkell that's exactly what I use mine for too. Michael's had them displayed together, so I thought that is what they were meant for.
Tfs
I’m a new planner user , well 6 months in, I just love these ideas! Also if you get too many florals, feel free to send them my way.
My god you hace a so much stikers !!! Love it !! Maybe i dont have the same , but the idea the paper stikers tos really brillant !! Thank you
Great tips and ideas on how to store your stickers and accessories! Thanks for sharing!
I love stickers
Brilliant thank you for this wonderful idea 🌸
I use the long note pad book to store different 1/2 sheets. Example: meal planning, to do lists, ect.
How about an OG week? Heehee. I just found you this week and I enjoy your videos so much! Thanks for sharing!

Wow now I need this
How many value books can fit onto the expander discs? ~ My guess is up to 4.
How do you stick the sticker books to the dashboard? Can you reuse the dashboard once all the stickers are done?
Do you have a video that shows how to make extra adhesive strips that go in the sticker book?

I’m thinking about keeping empty sticker pages to stage my plans for upcoming weeks in my sticker book.
Hey girl share with me some of your flower stickers. I will be very 😃 happy
I’ll be back tomorrow ! 😁
Where do you get the plastic for the dashboard stickers?
You could double up your watercolor paper then send it through your laminator. Thank way it last longer.
try sharpening your cutter blade by cutting aluminum foil. that may work.
Thanks Leslee! Didn't know this. Great tip!
For the journaling cards, why dont you use a BIG happy planner and put them in there so that you have a bit more room? Or is that a bad idea?

Can you turn the sticker books into planners?

they aren't used for anything, it's just extra washi from when I've cut washi on my paper cutter!

You mentioned Target. I never knew Target carried HP!
They only carry it during the back to school time! They have student and teacher planners and a few accessories in the back to school area.
I haven't even seen the stickers on dashboards before. Guess we don't have them in Canada...
They do have names...first one IS Pastels, second one is Stick Figures, etc
Again, your voice sounds so much like mine.
