He passed way too early to instill his love of nature on to his children. I suppose watching you makes me think often of him. Shawn because of your videos which inspired me to spend the New Year on the top of the Lebanese mountains in an area covered in snow with the oldest trees on earth the Cedars of Lebanon. It’s midnight now, I’m in my cabin wrapped up in a blanket lying comfortably in the warm bed. Looking through the window I can see through the clear sky the Milky Way, it’s quiet in the cabin, in a good way for once. No words, no music. Silence seems right. I roll the the window little, listening to the wind rush by and smelling the the Cedar trees. It’s Magical.

Read some of the comments below, but yes believe in healthy eating and staying away from fast and processed foods. I heard a saying “ if your grand mother doesn’t know what it is, do not eat it”. To many people worry to much with all the information we have these days about food and lifestyles and worry themselves to a early death. Really it is like an escape from everything around me, right into your world and mind and it calms me down instantly. I own two pharmacies and believe me: watching your videos should be paid by health insurance companies as remedy against high blood pressure and depression :) thank you so much for keeping us updated and, yes, healthy :)

Read some of the comments below, but yes believe in healthy eating and staying away from fast and processed foods. I heard a saying “ if your grand mother doesn’t know what it is, do not eat it”. To many people worry to much with all the information we have these days about food and lifestyles and worry themselves to a early death. Be positive, try to enjoy life, even if you have little but make the most of what you have. Nothing wrong with having a beer or 3 with your mates Sean. Happy new year to you all.

Dang Shawn, I wish the calendar and day lengths were as long as you have up north. Ours is only 365 days and 24 hours per day. Your 2019 will be fun to watch and hope you get done at least half of what you said you will be doing. Take my word 49/50 is young.
