Hey sorry for that question, but what is the difference between a short course truck and a desert truck?
Chassis different. Short course is for racing more as well. Handling different. Actually lots of difference.
Desert truck are solid rear axle,short course are independent.
Can someone tell me what cars are they using? Are all of them with Traxxas Slash or is any Senton there or HPI Jumpshot Flux? I would like to know!!!
Probably associated sc10s and tekno sct trucks. Those are usually the front runners

AE 6.2 w/ Hobbywing G4motor/stock esc combo. Stay away from HPI Jumpshot, Traxxas, and Arrma if you want to be competitive. Stick with TLR, AE, Tekno, & Xray. Go with what you can get parts for locally.
What r ppl using as race truck now.. tlr scte was what I had yrs ago but whats the go to now days
Team Associated Pro2 SC10 is the most common I think. One of the best out of the box RTRs out there

The big boys haven't done much with their platforms lately. It appears only Xray and Tekno have done any recent development. I bought a SCT410SL the other night and wait for it to arrive. My first Tekno kit ever. Apparently Tekno SCTs do alright for converting to 2wd too.
What kind of motors and esc are they using
hobbywing g4 motor/stock esc combo is best for the price. Faster and more reliable than Trinity, and not as expensive as Fantom.@@youdoyou0014
