He had earned his nickname for being one of the best gamers in existence. His life revolved around pixels, virtual adventures, and the thrill of conquering challenging games. His room was a treasure trove of gaming memorabilia, with posters of iconic characters adorning the walls and a powerful gaming PC taking center stage on his desk. One gloomy Saturday afternoon, with rain pattering against his window, Ryan decided to dive into a new gaming experience. He had recently acquired a mysterious gaming PC from a garage sale hosted by an enigmatic old man in his neighborhood. The moment he had laid eyes on the peculiar computer, he felt an odd sensation, as if someone was watching him from afar. However, he brushed aside those eerie feelings, attributing them to his overactive imagination. Sitting down in his gaming chair, Ryan fired up the unusual PC, eagerly anticipating a thrilling new adventure. As the screen came to life, it emitted an eerie, flickering light, casting a shadowy, unsettling atmosphere in his room. His jaw dropped, and his heart raced as he began to remember the strange atmosphere of that garage sale. The old man had been intensely watching him as he picked up the PC, and his piercing eyes had sent shivers down his spine. Before Ryan could ponder further, his hands inexplicably started to pixelate. Panic surged through him as he let out a blood-curdling shriek of astonishment. It was as though his body was disintegrating into a sea of digital fragments. Desperation engulfed him, but he couldn't stop it. In an instant, he was pulled into the flickering abyss of the PC, which then shut off abruptly. Suddenly, Ryan found himself in a world unlike any other. He stood in a realm that resembled the backrooms, a place of liminal spaces and eerie transitions. The surroundings were filled with muted colors, and the landscapes were surreal, as if he had been transported into a digital nightmare. A sign in the distance read "Backrooms: Level 999," and he realized with terror that he had become trapped in this eerie, endless maze. This was not a game, but a nightmare incarnate. Ryan's heart pounded as he navigated through endless hallways, each one indistinguishable from the last. The walls seemed to pulse with a sickly green light, casting eerie shadows that played tricks on his mind. As he ventured deeper into the backrooms, the sense of isolation and dread grew with every step. He couldn't help but think of the old man from the garage sale. Had he known the true nature of the PC he had sold to Ryan? Was this some kind of twisted prank, or had he stumbled upon a malevolent force beyond his comprehension? With each passing moment, Ryan's hope dwindled. He had no weapons, no allies, and no clear path to escape. Every corner he turned, every door he opened, only led to more of the same endless, monotonous corridors. And then, in the darkest depths of the backrooms, he encountered it - the entity itself. It was a monstrous, shifting mass of shadows and glitched pixels, a grotesque amalgamation of all his fears and nightmares. The entity seemed to feed on his terror, growing larger and more menacing with every passing second. In a moment of sheer desperation, Ryan did the only thing he could think of - he faced the entity head-on. With a shout of defiance, he charged towards the eldritch horror, his determination outweighing his fear. The entity recoiled, as if surprised by his audacity. The battle that ensued was unlike anything Ryan had ever experienced. It was a battle of wills, a test of his courage and resolve. He dodged glitched projectiles, outmaneuvered the entity's shifting forms, and fought back with every ounce of strength in his pixelated body. As the battle raged on, Ryan felt a strange connection with the entity. It was as if he could see into its very core, its vulnerability hidden beneath the glitches and darkness. With one final, decisive strike, he struck at the heart of the entity, causing it to unravel and dissolve into a cascade of digital fragments. The backrooms around him began to glitch and distort, and the flickering light grew more intense. With one final surge of energy, Ryan was sucked out of the backrooms and back into reality. He lay on the floor of his room, panting and covered in sweat. The peculiar gaming PC sat before him, its screen dark. With a trembling hand, he powered off the computer and unplugged it. He had returned from a digital nightmare, and the old man's mysterious PC was finally silent. From that day on, 8-bit Ryan's gaming experiences took on a whole new level of intensity. He had lived to tell the tale of his harrowing adventure in the backrooms, a story he would never forget. As he continued to play, he couldn't help but wonder about the enigmatic old man and the origins of that haunted gaming PC. One thing was for sure - he had a newfound respect for the power of pixels and the games that had once been his escape, now a thrilling, high-stakes reality. And as for the old man, Ryan couldn't shake the feeling that he had encountered a force far beyond the realm of ordinary gaming - a force that had tested his skills, his courage, and his very existence* . I think we could be looking at a new indie horror classic after a few updates. Maybe by adding one more round, more items, multiple dealers and adding the option to get up from the table and interact with the room to find lore and secrets for starters.
[Ryan wondering why he'd have chosen to target himself] It does skip the opponent's turn. So if you believe the current bullet is Blank (or found it as Blank through the magnifying glass), you can target yourself and then hit the opponent with a more likely chance as opposed to firing the blank at him and granting him the chance to return actual fire.
I’m so glad that Ryan pointed out that this game is a lot like Inscyption. I had that exams thought when I saw Dawko play this yesterday I think. However I didn’t think about the Resident Evil 7 21 game when I saw it.

And there it is lol, I hope no 6 year olds read this, or they may never be the same again lol, but apart from that, hope you enjoyed the story, and if you are wondering yes I am an author lol, I am writing a story called long may they stand with 37,000 words atm, AND EVERYONE KNOWS THAT AUTHORS GAME 23 hours a day lmao XD 💀💀💀
Lol that took you an hour and a half? Wow
@@LouSassoleSledgecock_III It did lol, but honestly I find it quite tranquil when you get INTO ZA ZONE, but once the inspirations there which is usually the hardest part, the writing comes naturally, as long as you don’t fall unconscious while doing so lmao ;D 💀💀💀
Authors ugh
@@tiffanywyatt5137 Indeed tis is lmao 💀💀💀
Watching Ryan get happy about shooting a demon in the face is scary yet hilarious 5:00

Happy New Year Ryan! Time to get ready for 2024. 🎉🎈🎊🎁🥳
Happy new year 2024 guys. Ready to spend another year with Ryan and you guys
Ryan was so lucky in this, it took him till the end to figure out that shooting yourself with a blank skips the dealer's turn.
Ryan really played this game better than any other RUclipsrs no cap
The music was perfect for this game. It maintains the dark edge to the game. Very nice.
Ryan, there's a new Mario's Madness V2 mod available now for Friday Night Funkin, just you know. I was wondering if you'd play it.
Happy new year Ryan
This game looks really awesome! Andy happy new year Ryan!
Watching this on New Years Eve; it's 12Am. Happy New Years 2024!
Ryan really does not understand this... obviously there's a point to pointing at yourself and the items. I watched Hayden play this and he really did well.
Edit: yay he finally understood 😂
Ryan did an awesome job keeping us entertained last year, let’s appreciate how much work he put into these videos!! I hope that this year will be great for you, Ryan. And thank you👏
Using it on yourself lets you shoot again without letting the dealer take the shotgun
It’s nice to see mike klubnika starting to get some traction, been a fan of his since unsorted vhs.
Day 349- Cry of Fear? Also fnf vs Mann co
Happy new year Ryan! (In my time its new year) What not a better way than to watch my favourite youtuber in the start of new year🎉❤
I just have to say it, you are my goat. Best youtuber, most consistent, just the goat 🐐
Okay HEAR ME OUT ive been watching some old videos and i remembered how much of a "great time" you had with undertale and recently a fanmade version of the game called undertale yellow just fully released after 8 years of devolpment its phenominal and they made it free so much effort was put into it and it definitly paid off its also got multiple endings
I think we could be looking at a new indie horror classic after a few updates. Maybe by adding one more round, more items, multiple dealers and adding the option to get up from the table and interact with the room to find lore and secrets for starters.
Kinda proud of Ryan, he didn't die once. Absolutely destroyed the dealer, RE 7's 21 taught him well.
Thx for playing the game! I’ve been waiting and it’s exciting to see you play now!
The sound design is SO nice in this game, my god-
Happy new year Ryan and to all! 🥳🎉
its been months since I last watched an 8bitryan video, I was not disappointed when i started this one
Russian roulette: made in Russia
American roulette:
Made in buckshot roulette
This game is so cool love how it’s inspired by inscription and a neat twist on Russian rulet.
[Ryan wondering why he'd have chosen to target himself]
It does skip the opponent's turn.
Thanks for listening to my my game
ryan completely overlooking the percentages until the final round is so funny, a couple choices i would've chose different XD
This looks cool man and happy new year 8-bitryan
Happy new year Ryan 🎉
Game: anything at all
Ryan: I DONT UNDERSTAND!!
Ryan there’s a cool ending when you die at the 3 round
ryan playing this game is exactly what i need
How much work and love u put in theese videos mate, Keep on with the good content!!!!!
I was hyped to see that ryan made a video on this game
"There's gotta be a reason for why we can use it on ourselves..."
Yes. The game tells you every time you hover over the gun.
I really like the defibrillator and the blood transfusion details in this game, I am a daughter of a nurse and knew about a defibrillator for a while, and seeing that detail, even if not that important, I am really happy about it!! I find this game to be very interesting, like many indie games are.
Great video and game, would love to see more games like this.
Happy new years to everyone!
Ive been waiting for you to play this game dawkos vid was so good
Right before that half-half moment, bedtime reminder popped on!
"I'm trying to figure out, why would I ever shoot myself"
meanwhile the text on screen explicitly explaining why
LIKE REEEEAAAAD IT!!!!!!!
new 8bitryan post before new years!
It is confirmed, Ryan doesn’t know how to read
In 2 days there was 3-4 videos of this game now what i knew this game will be so popular will be more games like inspired by the russian roulette (witch us we love it)
