I have not listened to MUCC properly in about 10 years (even though I think they're great), and it touched my heart to see the throwback to Ware Areubeki Basho. Like this I would have watched the video for Ware alone at night with headphones on, only I would have been 16yrs old with a head full of both confusion and confidence, and a love for music. Now, I'm older, but this music still resonates with me. Arigato.

Incredible!! To me this is among the strongest material you have ever released! The songs are great, the video is great! There are some details in the music production that are very modern, and not in the way that they are chasing trends. Actually, the more I think about it, this feels like the first time where Mucc's production is very current, very modern, but not relying on tropes from other genres. Rather, it's its own thing. I feel like Miya has finally completely come into his own as a producer with this. I can imagine that he is very happy with this result. Congratulations, man! This sounds amazing, I support this direction 100%!!! Love the short interlude between the songs, too, with the tribal feel to it. I have never tasted Mucc with this kind of flavour, I think. The video also supported the song in a great way! Loved the colours and overall vibe, also the neon crosses over the faces at some points. Awesome! Finally I want to say thank you for lifting me out of a little mood slump this very evening: Thank you, this made my evening! :) I am stoked about what's coming next!

And in the case of this part it occurred to me while driving in the car and headbanging to it that there's something more than just one odd time sig going on 😂😂😂😂

In fact Mucc and Miya especially are my greatest inspiration as far as being okay with me not being a virtuoso at any of my instruments. Because they show that it's enough to just be good as long as the songs are great.

I haven't listened to any new mucc songs in awhile, but Holy moly, if this is the quality of the music they are still putting out, I really need to be paying more attention to mucc.
Oh man, you really need to, they have always had top notch songs on every album, even the later ones. The most consistent band ever! What is the last album you are familiar with? Of the never stuff I would recommending the albums Shangri-La, Myakuhaku or Kowareta Piano to living dead. All very colourful and strong throughout. As far as songs go, of the many many many great ones I'd say Sei to shi to kimi, Psycho or Yuri to tsubasa. Enjoy :)

ペストのカラスマスクと壊れた傘で誰も居ない町を1人で踊る。

SATOちさんほんとにいないんですね、20年近く前にドップリはまって、メンバーも20代でもっと尖ってて、私も高校生で必死でMUCCの作る世界にのめり込んで。いつの間にかその頃のメンバーの歳を越えて。MUCCを好きなことを「過去のこと」として話す自分がいて、でも今でも好きな曲を聴くと自然と心が踊る感覚になる。回数は少なかったけど、ライブでは日常を忘れ、もう一人の自分になれるような、そんな素敵な時間を過ごせた。たった数年だけ、ものすごくMUCCに支配された日々を送っただけだったけど、あの頃の自分がいたから、今の自分がいる、ほんとにそう思います。MUCCの低音とリズム隊のビートは私の中で未だに越えるものはなかなか出会えません。あ、技術のことは素人なので語れません、ただの好きな系統ってだけです(笑)もはやムッカーとは呼べないパンピですが、陰ながら応援してます。色々あると思いますが、皆様お体に気をつけて。

バンド系結構観てて、お勧めで入ってきたから、思わず観たけど、ムック最高じゃないか❗️涙が出てきた、カバーのdejabuとかしか観たことなかったけど、これからは、もっと、観たり聴いたり応援しまっせ。
