Why bungalow in the east, we dont have the land for such projects. I know we should support mass housing but we dont have the land to play with. There should be another acceptable way to go about it.

In the southwest it goes for 7.5m but you know land price in the east worries. But it followed the rules of affordable housing, then government should subsidize the land and it should go for 8m naira.
